2. Work to improve the participation rate of secondary medical examinations after regular health checkups.
3. Establish a health promotion officer within the company.
4. Support employees in improving their lifestyle habits.
5. Comply with labor standards laws, the Industrial Safety and Health Law, and other relevant laws and regulations.
